Divine Heart Raga
Starting to experiment with a new way of playing songs so that I can make a song from beginning to end as a hybrid live performance, and record the video as well. Here is an early experiment which I like, although the levels need adjusting. Enjoy!
Endless Light
This flute melody was recorded in the late evening of the 21st of July, a few days before Guru Purnima. A simple meandering tune built around a repetitive chord structure, organic world arpeggiated melodies, subtle piano colours, with some tabla and mridangam rhythms for good measure.
